You don't know what you can't measure and LI is particularly difficult to measure results from. But the tactics you've outlined will work without a shadow of a doubt.. particularly as the platform is getting better at matching you up with relevant people. Adding relevant connections regularly is a good way to tell the algorithm what kind of person you're looking for too.
